Art and everyday garbage

I have realized as an artist that art goes way beyond just paint and a brush with a canvas. As you become an artist i feel that you get bored with just paint and brush and start to explore new things. I have used newspaper, old jewlery, music sheets, glass, mirror, mud, leaves, twigs and anything else i can get my hands on. Finding these things are the easy part, figuring out what to do with them is another story. Some have worked out quiet well as others not so good. Attaching a few

Sold a Painting

Sold a new painting today. Always feels good to sell your work. I is always  fun to create something for some one. There idea’s but your creation. Will post it soon.

There comes a point in your life when you realize:

Who matters,
Who never did,
Who won’t anymore…
And who always will.

Abstract Art = Art is whatever you can get away with

These are my Abstract and ……yeah i guess you would call it all abstract. I have fun with abstract you can let you mind go anywhere you want it to go as strange as  you want to get and call it an abstract. I am hoping there are other artist out there that have some stuff on here that i can look at. I love going to art gallery’s and see what is out there. It inspires me to get back in my studio and start painting again. So please leave me a message so i can check out what artists are doing out there besides myself.

Are there any Artist’s out there?

I would really like to talk to other artist’s out there. How they feel about art, to trying to promote and sell there art. I find it very hard to get out there and promote myself. I see some pretty amazing stuff out there and i feel like i don’t compair. Even thought i get many compliments, and have sold a few of my paintings. Is there anyone else out there that feels this way?

Hello Art world!

Hello everyone, thank you for visiting my blog. I am one of the millions of artist out there that want to show there art. Not even to sell it, but to see what people think about it. Yes of course we all want to sell them, but it is nice to hear the good and the bad of what people think of your art. Maybe those not so nice comments will make you step out of the box and create some thing totally different for you.
